3. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on all orders except on very few items.
Freight Shipping (LTL Delivery): 299.99 (very few products)
4. Order Processing
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Daily order cut-off: 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after cut-off begin processing the next business day.
Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
Evolgear products may require additional processing time if assembly, customs clearance, or manufacturer scheduling is involved. When applicable, extended lead times will be communicated before the order is finalized.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–9 business days total (processing + transit).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or remote locations.
➤ Evolgear Branded Equipment Exception: Certain Evolgear products may require additional lead time due to manufacturer handling or overseas preparation. These units typically ship within 7–21 business days, depending on availability and logistics. Customers will be notified if extended lead time applies prior to order processing.
6. Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted parcel and LTL freight carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, major freight partners). Tracking is provided by email when your order ships.
7. Freight/Large Items
Standard freight is curbside. Optional services (liftgate, inside delivery, appointment, assembly) may be offered at checkout or via invoice and are non-refundable once used.
A signature may be required. Please inspect packaging on delivery; note any damage/shortage on the BOL and photograph immediately.
If freight delivery involves Evolgear equipment, long-haul or specialty scheduling may apply. Delivery scheduling (including liftgate or appointment setup) may extend beyond the standard freight timing.
8. Tracking

9. Delivery Issues
Delayed/Lost: If your package is delayed beyond the estimate or shows no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged: Photograph the package/items and contact us within 7 days (freight damage/shortages must be noted on the BOL at delivery and reported within 24 hours).
10. Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details; we’ll resolve by sending the missing item(s) or issuing a refund.
11. Returns (Summary)
30-day return window.
For buyer’s remorse: free downloadable return label; 25% restocking applies.
For defective/incorrect items: free label and no restocking once verified.

12. Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses may incur reshipment fees.
