3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on all orders (no hidden fees at checkout).

4. Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Daily order cut-off: 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–9 business days total (processing + transit).

Typical breakdown: Handling 1–2 business days + Transit 2–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or remote locations.

6. Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted parcel and LTL freight carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, major freight partners). Tracking is provided by email when your order ships.

7. Freight/Large Items

Standard freight is curbside. Optional services (liftgate, inside delivery, appointment, assembly) may be offered at checkout or via invoice and are non-refundable once used.

A signature may be required. Please inspect packaging on delivery; note any damage/shortage on the BOL and photograph immediately.

9. Delivery Issues

Delayed/Lost: If your package is delayed beyond the estimate or shows no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged: Photograph the package/items and contact us within 7 days (freight damage/shortages must be noted on the BOL at delivery and reported within 24 hours).

10. Missing Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details; we’ll resolve by sending the missing item(s) or issuing a refund.

11. Returns (Summary)

30-day return window.

For buyer’s remorse: free downloadable return label; 25% restocking applies.

For defective/incorrect items: free label and no restocking once verified.

12. Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses may incur reshipment fees.
